AI Startups

AI funding in the U.S. is still booming in 2025. Even though we’re only halfway through the year, two dozen startups have already pulled in $100 million or more — and some even crossed the billion-dollar mark.

In 2024, we saw 49 startups raise mega-rounds of funding (some even raised more than once). It was a record-breaking year for AI. And now, it looks like 2025 is keeping that energy going — maybe even turning it up a notch.

Let’s take a look at the 24 U.S. AI startups that hit or passed the $100 million mark in 2025 (so far).
